Within the framework of HANNAH – Challenging and Debunking Antisemitic Myths, the Galicia Jewish Museum in Krakow-Poland and the Jewish Museum of Greece in Athens opened the exhibition “Glimpses into Antisemitism”. The exhibition includes short biographies and quotes from oral testimonies of representatives of Jewish communities from Germany, Greece, Poland, and Serbia. The oral testimonies were collected and recorded by the Jewish Museum of Greece, Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V., Terraforming, and the Galicia Jewish Museum.
The protagonists of the exhibition are mostly people born after the Second World War, but there are also people who survived the Holocaust as children. Stories of Greek, German, Polish and Serbian Jews, are presented at the exhibition about their identity and personal experiences with antisemitic prejudices to encourage deeper reflection and active fight against all forms of xenophobia and discrimination.
