About us and our role regarding your personal information
The ΗΑΝΝΑΗ project – Challenging and Debunking Antisemitic Myths, focuses on the promotion of Jewish history, the enhancement of Shoah remembrance and the fight against Antisemitism in Germany, Greece, Serbia and Poland, through capacity-building training, awareness raising and policymaking contribution. HANNAH is expected to inform and educate about the long history of the Jewish Communities in Germany, Greece, Serbia and Poland, to reinforce knowledge and remembrance and to increase awareness against Antisemitism, through enhancing the capacity of schoolteachers, librarians and archivists, the knowledge of young people and the information of policymakers. The consortium is composed of 6 partner organizations from Germany, Poland, Greece and Serbia.
HANNAH is co-funded by the EU Rights, Equality and Citizenship programme (Agreement Number 963769 for a duration of two years (12/2020 – 11/2022).

We process your personal information provided to us as mentioned above for the following reasons:

We will store the information provided under A, B, C and D, based on our quality procedures for five (5) years.

The information provided to us by you will be stored in the main information system and will be kept in a need to know basis.
Access to the data may be provided to authorized personnel of each partner of the HANNAH project, to the European Union (staff relevant to the European Projects in the framework of Rights, Equality and Citizenship), to the national authorities of each country (should need arise), to MailChimp (that manages the mail campaigns), to the website administrator, to the platform support company and the platform and infrastructure host.
In case it is necessary for your information to be shared with others, we will inform you accordingly.
